AJ Couple Charged with Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The Pinal County Grand Jury has indicted an Apache Junction couple on several counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

According to a statement from Apache Junction Police Department (AJPD), police officers responded to a domestic violence call on March 29, 2017, in the 2000 block of West Greenlee Avenue, in Apache Junction.

While at the residence, officers received source information which led them to a further investigation and the subsequent arrest of Johnny Ray Bollinger (35).

Bollinger was later charged with Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and Involving or Using a Minor in a Drug Offense.

A follow up investigation by the AJPD Criminal Investigation Division resulted in the arrest of Bollinger’s wife, Paula Ann Bollinger (39), who was later charged with Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Johnny Ray Bollinger has been indicted by the Pinal County Grand Jury on 37 counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 11 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, five counts of Involving or Using a Minor in a Drug Offense and an additional six counts of Disorderly Conduct.

Paula Ann Bollinger also has been indicted by the Pinal County Grand Jury on 21 counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor and 12 Counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

The Bollingers are currently being held in the Pinal County Jail and the investigation is ongoing. AJPD reminds the public that all persons are presumed to be innocent until a different finding in a court of law.
