AJPD Makes 44 Drug/Criminal Arrests

2nd Operation Clean Streets

During the last several months, August through December 2018, the Apache Junction Police Department’s (AJPD) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and Community Resource Enforcement Unit (CREU) have made numerous narcotic as well as other criminal arrests in this recent roundup.  Some of these investigations have involved long term enforcement operations and further utilized the assistance of AJPD’s SWAT operators, State of Arizona Probation/Parole, Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents.  The following is a snapshot of some of those arrests:

  • Cainan Tylicki, W/M, 25 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic sales and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
  • Darrell Johnson, W/M, 38 years old of Payson was arrested for dangerous drug sales and weapon offenses.
  • Brandon Grantham, W/M, 27 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for theft of means of transportation.
  • Edward Meyer, W/M, 38 years old of Chandler was arrested for outstanding warrants and additional charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault.
  • Gregory Chormann W/M, 36 years old of Mesa was arrested for dangerous drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Jeff Kinsey W/M, 55 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug sales and unlawful flight charges.
  • Nelson Vender W/M, 25 years old of Superior was arrested for dangerous drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Alexander Pagan H/M, 37 years old of Mesa was arrested for parole violation warrant.
  • Robert Hills W/M, 43 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Joseph Biro W/M, 59 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug sales.
  • Karen Biro W/F, 57 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Danielle Secor W/F, 41 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Michael Kucharski W/M, 28 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for parole violation warrant and drug paraphernalia.
  • Lori Maughmer W/F, 25 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Joel Contreras H/M, 25 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession and identity theft.
  • Jeremy Burch W/M, 32 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug sales warrant.
  • Angelito Beltran H/M 27 years old was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Shalmarie Maderis W/F, 38 years old of Mesa was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Nick Huston W/M, 40 years old  of Mesa was arrested for a dangerous drug warrant.
  • Justin Chartier W/M, 31 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Karen Cederburg W/F, 27 years old of Mesa was arrested for a felony warrant and dangerous drugs and paraphernalia warrant.
  • Dillon Bart W/M, 26 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a felony warrant.
  • Aaron Pinney W/M, 38 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a felony warrant.
  • Richard Odney W/M, 21 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a felony warrant and drug paraphernalia possession.
  • Robin Riecheneker W/M, 47 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession.
  • Paul Fraser W/M, 33 years old of Mesa was arrested for dangerous drug felony warrant.
  • Lino Guerrero-Moreno H/M, 28 years old of Phoenix was arrested for narcotic drug sales and transporting.
  • Jacob Madril W/M, 37 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for felony warrants.
  • Katie Aaron W/F, 33 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a parole violation warrant and narcotic drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • Cory Przekurat W/M, 32 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a probation violation warrant.
  • Lindsay Heiman W/F, 35 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic and dangerous drug sales, drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property and probation violation warrant.
  • Johnie Main W/M, 27 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a probation violation warrant.
  • Kaitlyn Jacobs W/F, 28 years old of Mesa was arrested for a felony burglary warrant.
  • Ronald Putnam W/M, 30 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a felony probation violation warrant.
  • Billy Strahan W/M, 21 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug warrant.
  • Michael Round W/M, 56 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • Ronald Wortman W/M, 42 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • William Exley W/M, 30 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • Jennifer Crain W/F, 24 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a dangerous drug warrant.
  • Scott Ruziecki W/M, 45 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for a Robbery probation violation warrant out of the United States Federal Court.
  • David Bagent W/M, 57 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drug sales and transporting and a felony drug warrant.
  • Christopher John Wagner W/M, 37 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • William Graves W/M, 33 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for dangerous drugs and paraphernalia possession.
  • Steven Conn W/M, 23 years old of Apache Junction was arrested for narcotic drug and paraphernalia possession and a felony drug warrant.

I think its disgusting that more is not being done to address the underlying issues in to why these People are self medicating for severe undiagnosed mental illnesses that plague the lower end of society. They need medical attention and a feeling of connectedness to their communities, not prison cells. The war on drugs is over, u guys lost.
