See the ABTO Trains

This Holiday season, the Arizona Big Train Operators Club Members will be hosting their annual Christmas Open Houses.

On the second and third weekends of December, there will be displays at 17 locations. Cardon Children’s Medical Center and Superstition Mountain Museum have G-Scale Garden Railroad layouts that will be open for “kids of all ages.”

Arizona Big Train Operators Club members will be participating in the West Valley of Phoenix, Mesa, Sun Lakes, San Tan Valley and Apache Junction.

This year, the event will be held December 8, 9, 15 and 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day.

Please check ABTO’s website at azbigtrains.org for the locations, photos, video of railroads and updated information.

There are no admission fees, but tax deductible donations are accepted and used to support ABTO activities throughout the valley, including the maintenance of the train layouts at Cardon Children’s Medical Center and The Ryan House.
